What is the status of my order?

Our Customer Service Department can supply you with dates that the order will ship and tracking numbers of the shipments.
If you prefer partial shipments, we can keep you abreast of what you will receive on that order and when.

What is the availability of a particular product?

If you are bidding a job and you need to know what is in stock and how soon can it be delivered to you, call us and we are able to give you specified dates as to when we can receive product from our venders and how soon we can get it to you.

Boxing Product for Returns

When needing to ship an item back to us, simply contact our Customer Service Department and indicate what is needing to be shipped back and we will gladly ship the specified box to you, for that item to be shipped back to us. This assures both parties that the warranted item is packed properly.
